Room 1 - Riverside Motel - 1 Full

Loved our stay at Riverside. Beds were comfortable/modern; air conditioning was pure white noise at pleasing volume; office had a Keurig and a water cooler; staff is immediately responsive to requests and go over and above to accommodate. Rooms were very clean. Fire pits outside; chairs for lounging; we had perfect weather, played cards outside, etc. Street was dead end; excellent restaurant about a block walk; flat walking area overlooking the river. Couple of very good bakeries in town, 2 min drive if that; several stores to browse, as well as convenience stores for essentials. Lewiston is a very nice area; historical Fort Niagara is 10 min drive, right on Lake Ontario, recommend visiting. Excellent, relaxing, enjoyable stay. Thank you Riverside!!!

The process of booking and retrieving check-in and check-out instructions was flawless. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, just right for the occasion of our visit. The AC kept the room at a comfortable temp. Close to town eateries and necessities. And close to Niagara Falls. Though it is not a conventional hotel room , all the necessities were provided. We will definitely reserve here again in our future trips to the falls.

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants and Artpark! Could use a some updating, but overall, reasonably priced and very clean

It is such a good price for a basic room that I’m sure I will stay here frequently on my trips between Connecticut and Michigan, but it’s definitely not plush. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the towels were clean and plentiful, and the heat worked well. As far as decor, it’s old-fashioned paneling, and the air conditioner is literally taped to the wall with duct tape. Not terribly attractive. Plenty of outlets, good, lighting, easy, parking, much to recommend. The door combination didn’t work, and I had a little trouble reaching the night attendant by phone, but did eventually do it. She helped me get into the room. I had a comfortable night and didn’t plan on taking a shower, but found that the bars of soap were completely dried up and I could not actually use them. There were no cups in the room to drink from, but those are minor problems.
