Room 2 - Riverside Motel - 1 Full

The motel is located on a dead end road which makes it quiet and away from the tourist area in Niagara Falls. It’s definitely not the Ritz and the rooms are old, but it worked for us. If you need to plug in anything near the bed, bring a power strip, there are only two outlets and a lamp is plugged into one of them. Be prepared for lots of dust when you pull the bed out to access the outlet, they didn’t clean back there and we also found someone’s dirty underwear. Bring allergy meds if you are prone to allergies to get through the night. The A/C kept the room nice and cold and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The room was listed as a river view which it would have been if not for the house between the motel and the river. A short two minute walk will get you to a nice park and the river view. The Griffon restaurant across the street is amazing and a must do for a nice meal. Downtown has lots of food options and The Orange Cat Cafe is great. The motel has coffee, ice and water available 24/7 in the unstaffed office. I would stay here again simply for the location, I would just ask that they thoroughly clean the room before arrival.

I like the surrounding area, walking distance to beautiful downtown Lewiston and close to the river front. Enough parking and good room conditions. Very comfy pillow. Please consider unclog the sink as it is flowing very slow. Also, would be better if you can provide guests with earplugs because the old AC unit is very loud

As we were driving through we needed a place to stop for the night, this was perfect. Across the street from the River, walking distance to food/drink. The sunset over the river was a sight to see as well. Booking was quick and easy.

Great location, clean, fun retro atmosphere, appreciated coffee and water station, nice to sit outside. Easy to check in with a simple door code. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Loved it and will stay again!!

Great location near the water and local restaurants. Good spot to just sit and relax on a quiet night outside. Nice and clean rooms.
